Performance Coaching
Take the guesswork out of your training.
Whether you’re new to structured training, have been lifting for years or you’re preparing to compete, good coaching starts with knowing where you are now and what needs to happen next.
Parksy looks after your training, nutrition and progress, with your program changing as you do.

You don’t need to be an advanced lifter. You need to want to make progress.
Some clients come to Parksy because they’re tired of walking into the gym without knowing whether what they’re doing is actually working. Others have years of training behind them and want an experienced eye on the details they can no longer judge objectively themselves.
You might need help learning the basics properly, or you might need someone to work out why you’ve stopped progressing. Either way, the coaching starts with where you’re actually at.
Starting Out
Learn how to train properly from the beginning. Build confidence in the gym, understand your program and stop relying on random workouts or conflicting advice.
Strength & Physique
For lifters who want to get stronger, build muscle, improve body composition or get moving again when progress has stalled.
Bodybuilding & Competition Prep
For physique-focused clients who need closer management of training and nutrition, including bodybuilding preparation and competition prep.
More than a program to follow.
Parksy builds your training around your experience, goals, schedule, recovery and the equipment you have available.
He then keeps an eye on what’s actually happening. If your strength is moving, you’re recovering well and the plan is doing its job, there may be no reason to change it. If something isn’t working, that’s when he adjusts it.
That might mean changing an exercise, adjusting volume, reviewing your technique or changing your nutrition. You’re not handed a program and left to figure the rest out yourself.

Coached by Parksy. Not passed on to a team.
Michael “Parksy” Parks has spent more than 17 years working in health and fitness, including 17 years as a qualified Personal Trainer.
His own training background spans martial arts, powerlifting and bodybuilding, and he also works as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. That combination gives him years of experience looking at training from both sides: how someone trains and performs, and how their body is handling the work.
Every coaching client works directly with Parksy. He writes your program, reviews your check-ins and makes the decisions about what changes and what doesn’t.

“Michael was able to identify the weaker areas of my physique and structure my training specifically around bringing those areas up and helping me achieve the look I was after.”
